About the Role
We are looking for a Strategy Planning Manager to lead customer strategy development and commercial management. This role involves defining customer programs, driving product strategy, and managing sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- โDefine relevant customer strategy considering business environment and target setting for sales
- โDrive decisions on customer-specific product offerings and manage the sales funnel
- โDrive competitor analysis and contribute to product strategy
- โChallenge, drive and guide all tasks related to order intake, acquisition and quote process
- โEnsure claims of strategic importance are considered with broader business aspects
- โMaintain customer relationships and processes improvements
- โResponsible for planning, execution and approval of cost center budget, sales & acquisition
- โGuide, monitor and administer the COEM BD and sales team
- โInspire and coach the sales team, evaluate performance, and establish competency management
