About the Role
We are looking for an IT Consultant to join our Global HR IT Applications team. This role focuses on ensuring operational excellence of IT services and supporting various HR IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- βConfigure and support HR IT systems: SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
- βParticipate in international projects including project management and consulting
- βCollaborate internationally with HR business users to support processes, troubleshoot systems, provide consultancy, and training
- βManage incidents and changes for HR IT systems
- βOptimize the HR IT system landscape
- βDevelop custom solutions and adjustments
- βFocus on Hungary (including legislation) and other EMEA countries
- βContinuously learn and develop new skills
Requirements
- βExperience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
- βStrong project management skills
- βAbility to consult with business users
- βKnowledge of HR business processes
- βUnderstanding of IT system troubleshooting
- βFamiliarity with legislation in Hungary and EMEA countries
