About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Elicit and negotiate quality-related requirements during quotes and acquisitions
- →Define quality targets and plan quality assurance measures based on internal and customer requirements
- →Approve process tailoring for assigned process areas
- →Assess project status regularly and report QA status
- →Perform release audits and provide release recommendations
- →Identify process improvements based on project work
- →Initiate corrective actions for non-conformities and escalate if applicable
- →Support and coach the project team in quality and process-related items
- →Coordinate QA measures with other QA-related roles
- →Support internal and external audits
- →Coordinate QMS implementation within local segment team
- →Provide fast response and technical support at customer side
- →Support critical quality issue coordination, monitoring, and reporting
- →Serve as interface between global Customer Quality ESS and plant
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices
- ✓Experience with quality management systems and audit processes
- ✓Ability to assess and report on project status
- ✓Knowledge of release management and process improvement
- ✓Excellent communication and coordination skills
- ✓Familiarity with industry standards like VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949
