Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze and classify goods for import and export, coordinating classification updates to SAP and other systems
- →Ensure compliant valuation declarations and adjustment reporting to BIS and CBP
- →Lead the C-TPAT program, completing annual security profile reviews and coordinating partner supply chain security surveys
- →Coach and oversee Customs Specialists, contracted staff, and trade compliance colleagues
- →Perform AES filings and audits in the CBP ACE System, file EEIs, SLIs, and complete ECCN classification requests
- →Work with internal and external partners to document, control, and implement business processes
- →Create and deliver training programs for North America Foreign Trade Compliance
Requirements
- ✓Experience with import and export documentation compliance
- ✓Knowledge of Harmonized Tariff Classification, Schedule B, ECCN numbers, and license determinations
- ✓Familiarity with SAP and CBP ACE System
- ✓Understanding of C-TPAT program guidelines
- ✓Ability to analyze and classify goods for international trade
- ✓Experience with valuation declarations and adjustment reporting
- ✓Strong communication and training skills
- ✓Ability to work with internal and external partners on business processes
