About the Role
We are looking for a Software Project Manager to join our team. This role focuses on planning and tracking software deliveries and managing the software team to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plans and tracks all software deliveries and related activities according to customer/internal milestones
- →Manages and drives the software team to achieve project goals in terms of scope, timing and quality
- →Assures that the SW project is run according to valid development processes
- →Leads software relevant requirements engineering from initial analysis through test execution
- →Leads overall software relevant issue resolution covering planning, monitoring, and driving closure
- →Monitors and reports status within the project team and towards SW Line Management
- →Plans and performs SW releases and milestones including all necessary activities
Requirements
- ✓Experience in software project management
- ✓Knowledge of development processes like SPICE and ISO26262
- ✓Strong leadership and team management skills
- ✓Experience in requirements engineering
- ✓Ability to monitor and report project status effectively
