About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join the R&D team at Avalanche Studios Group. This role focuses on leading and evolving the Playtesting Program to test early game prototypes with external players.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take holistic ownership of the Playtesting Program
- →Define and execute the program's overall strategy and expansion
- →Cultivate a thriving ecosystem of playtesters
- →Ensure robust testing capabilities
- →Assess product-market fit and inform decisions about prototype development
- →Build internal capabilities for evaluating and testing ideas from external partners
Requirements

- ✓Proven experience in scaling products/services within the tech industry, preferably gaming
- ✓Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
