About the Role
We are looking for a Middle Product Manager to join Duomo, an app rooted in Christian values that helps people turn Scripture into daily habits and inner peace. As the first Product Manager, you will take ownership of how Duomo evolves and how users experience the product.
Key Responsibilities
- βOwn product areas end-to-end: problem discovery β solution β delivery β outcome.
- βDrive the product development plan, balancing quick wins and long-term bets.
- βImprove key product metrics (activation, engagement, LTV) through experiments and iteration.
- βTranslate user needs and insights into clear product goals and measurable outcomes.
- βWork closely with Design, Engineering, and Content to turn ideas into business impact.
Requirements
- β2+ years of experience working as a Product Manager on a B2C product.
- βAbility to break down a vague vision into a series of testable, measurable hypotheses.
- βUnderstanding of what user behavior to change and how it impacts key metrics.
- βOutcome-driven approach, focusing on metrics and clear hypotheses.
- βThrive in a fast-paced environment with speed, ambiguity, and responsibility.
- βMeasure success by changes for users and the business.
- βComfortable challenging ideas and proposing better alternatives.
- βAbility to execute without heavy processes but know when structure is needed.
- βHunger to grow and continuously improve as a PM.
