 About usÂ
The Product Design Lead is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading global strategic healthcare partner providing consulting and advisory services to the biopharmaceutical, medical technology, and wellness industries. Our mission is to ensure that everyone has access to the care and treatment they need, regardless of location, financial status, or other factors.Â
We build and support multiple enterprise products used by internal and client teams to deliver real-world outcomes in high-stakes settings. As part of our 2026 growth plans, we’re hiring a Product Design Lead in the UK (flexible remote/hybrid). We are looking for an ambitious and driven Product Design Lead who wants to make a direct impact in AI for enterprise healthcare.Â
Â
The opportunityÂ
We’re exploring and validating generative AI use cases across our products to reduce friction in end-to-end workflows and improve how work gets done. This shifts the experience from standalone tools to human-led / AI-assisted workflows, where AI helps users move faster through repetitive steps - while keeping people accountable and in control. You’ll define the UX principles, patterns, and design strategy that make this collaboration efficient, auditable, and trusted, and turn it into shipped experiences that improve cycle time, quality, and consistency.Â
This role suits someone who thrives in ambiguity, can align stakeholders around a clear vision for AI-enabled workflow improvement, and can take discovery through to delivery with measurable impact.Â
Â
About the Product Design Lead Role

Own the design direction for GenAI-enabled experiences across one or more enterprise web-app products/workstreams, defining and evolving principles and patterns for human-led / AI-assisted collaboration.
•
Shape business process innovation with AI by translating ambiguous problem spaces into prototypes, experiments, and shipped increments - partnering with Product and Engineering to move from feature UX to system-level interaction design.
•
Lead discovery and evaluative testing for one or more AI experiences (concept testing, usability, preference tests, workflows-in-context) and turn insights into clear, actionable design decisions.
•
Define success metrics with Product and iterate using qualitative and quantitative signals.
•
Design for trust and transparency, building UX guardrails and governance into the experience through collaboration with Legal/Compliance, InfoSec, and domain experts.
•
Evolve the global design system with AI-ready components and patterns, setting a strong quality bar through critiques and design reviews.
•
Manage and mentor designers, strengthening product thinking, interaction design, AI UX craft and workflow optimisation - Be a lead contributor to an experimental, evidence-driven design culture.
