About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Avettaβs team. This role focuses on delivering world-class SaaS solutions by leveraging exceptional product instincts and customer-centric design thinking. The Product Manager will be responsible for the discovery, definition, and delivery of features within Avettaβs flagship SaaS platform, Connect.
Key Responsibilities
- βServe as the voice of the customer, ensuring all product decisions enhance user experience and solve real customer pain points.
- βWork closely with UX designers to research, prototype, and validate solutions before implementation.
- βLead customer communications related to product enhancements and roadmap, partnering with marketing to drive awareness and adoption of new capabilities.
- βConduct customer interviews, usability tests, and data analysis to gather feedback and validate product assumptions.
- βMonitor customer usage data and support tickets to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- βWork closely with engineering teams to refine feature specifications and ensure technical feasibility.
- βCollaborate with marketing and customer success teams to craft messaging, product positioning, and user documentation.
Requirements
- β4+ years of enterprise/commercial product management experience, particularly in SaaS and B2B software.
- βExperience in subscription-based business models.
- βStrong background in customer research, product discovery, and problem validation.
- βProven ability in managing competing priorities and driving execution.
- βExperience in an Agile/Scrum development environment with backlog management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- βStrong understanding of business metrics, analytics, and reporting tools to drive data-informed decisions.
- βBachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
