About the Role
We are looking for a Supplier Success Professional to support the High Value Suppliers model. This role involves managing supplier compliance information using Connect and Salesforce platforms, communicating with suppliers via various channels, and ensuring accurate processing of supplier documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Professionally respond to customer service needs of Avetta customers via phone, chat, email, voicemail, SMS, and other assigned channels
- →Provide Avetta customers with world-class service
- →Work directly with suppliers to collect compliance information and increase overall compliance percentages
- →Ensure supplier information is complete and correct
- →Work with third parties on suppliers' behalf to collect compliance information
- →Handle customer escalations and service recovery efforts
- →Serve as a subject matter expert in Connect, Salesforce, and other Avetta platforms
- →Assist with training others
Requirements
- ✓Extensive knowledge of client requirements, including insurance, OSHA, MSHA, and safety manuals
- ✓Experience with compliance-focused campaigns and new client onboarding
- ✓Ability to mentor others and serve as a subject matter expert
- ✓Strong communication skills and ability to work with suppliers and third parties
- ✓Proficiency in Connect and Salesforce platforms
