About the Role
We are looking for a Product Design Manager to join Awin and help shape the user experience for customers worldwide. This is a critical leadership position working closely with the Head of UX, responsible for team recruitment, process improvements, and managing a team of designers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and manage a team of designers, fostering collaboration and innovation
- →Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
- →Drive positive change in design processes, advocating for user-centric practices
- →Implement best practices and design systems to elevate design quality
- →Collaborate with the Head of UX on strategic initiatives
- →Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize design initiatives
- →Identify opportunities to optimize design processes
- →Build strong relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Proven track record in product design with deep UX/UI understanding
- ✓Experience leading and inspiring a team of designers
- ✓Experience in hiring, mentoring, and managing designers
- ✓Ability to influence and drive change in design processes
- ✓Strong project management skills with effective prioritization
- ✓Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ✓Ability to communicate design vision effectively
