About the Role
We are looking for a Global Event Strategy Lead to join Axon, where you will lead the vision and execution of our global event strategy. This role focuses on creating meaningful experiences that strengthen trust with customers, partners, and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the end-to-end event strategy across regional, national, and global programs
- →Design consistent, high-impact experiences with measurable ROI
- →Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing events team
- →Build scalable systems and playbooks for tight execution
- →Create economies of scale across vendors and resources
- →Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and other teams
- →Manage partner and vendor relationships
- →Measure and optimize event performance
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience leading large-scale events or brand activations
- ✓Focus on audience experience and executive presence
- ✓Builder mindset with strong execution capabilities
- ✓Extreme organization skills with budget and timeline management
- ✓Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- ✓Collaborative attitude with a willingness to roll up sleeves
- ✓Physical ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- ✓Extensive travel (30-50%) may be required
