About the Role
We are looking for an Axon Outpost/Lightpost Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on supporting the inside sales team by providing product expertise for our ALPR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Be the product authority for inside sales reps, answering questions on Outpost/Lightpost features and integrations
- →Deliver compelling product demos tailored to law-enforcement use cases
- →Provide quote and scope support, building accurate quotes and guiding reps on pricing
- →Join customer calls to address technical questions and recommend best-fit configurations
- →Run regular enablement sessions for the sales team
- →Liaise with internal teams and partners to stay current on releases and roadmaps
- →Maintain demo environments and loaner gear
- →Log activities in Salesforce and ensure smooth handoffs to closing reps
- →Capture product feedback and funnel insights to Product and Ops
Requirements
- ✓Extremely communicative, highly organized, and product-savvy
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- ✓1+ years in a sales, pre-sales, or product specialist role
- ✓Salesforce proficiency and comfort with quoting/CPQ tools
- ✓Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- ✓Strong facilitation and demo skills
- ✓Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
