Your Impact
As the Product Operations lead for Europe, you will own the readiness and early market entry of TASER products across the region — spanning both in-market support for current devices and launch preparedness for upcoming products.
You will translate the realities of Europe public safety agencies into clear, actionable inputs for our product and operational plans. Partnering closely with internal teams, you’ll run structured pre-sales field trials, shape tenders and RFPs, and ensure local teams have the technical expertise, & tools to succeed.
This is a highly autonomous role requiring technical mastery, market fluency, and disciplined execution. You’ll represent Europe’s needs inside TASER, balancing fast-moving field demands with what we can deliver—so launches are clean, scalable, and built to win.
What You’ll Do
Location: This role is based out of our Scottsdale Office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. We believe that connection fuels innovation, and our in-office culture is designed to foster meaningful teamwork, mentorship, and shared success.
