About the Role
We are looking for a Product Leader to join Axon and be a force for good. This position is a founding member and key creator of the team responsible for developing new 0 to 1 products. Our mission is to help businesses of all sizes in healthcare, retail, and logistics solve their most important operational problems using our vision-based AI, cloud applications, and connected sensors.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and validate new product concepts in the market
- →Form deep relationships with enterprise customers
- →Show leadership and vision across all business functions
- →Build trust with senior leaders and technical staff
- →Own delivery of the right roadmap items from conception to launch
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software/Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or other analytical field
- ✓6+ years professional experience within world-class software product organizations
- ✓2+ years specifically in a product management leadership role
- ✓Founder experience paired with experience at mature technology companies
- ✓4+ years of industry vertical experience with healthcare, retail, or logistics
- ✓1+ years of experience working with large enterprise customers
- ✓Ability to travel 30-50% of the year
- ✓Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, influencing, and team building
