About the Role
We are looking for a CRM Campaign Specialist to join B2Spin, a company dedicated to delivering engaging Free-to-Play Social Casino and gaming experiences. In this role, you will bring CRM strategies to life through precise campaign execution, rigorous quality assurance, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- βTranslate CRM Strategist briefs into accurate campaign builds across Retool, Bloomreach, and other operational platforms
- βExecute all configurations in line with established processes, documentation, and brand-specific requirements
- βComplete end-to-end QA on your own builds, ensuring targeting, logic, rewards, and scheduling are correct before handover for final approval
- βManage assigned workload proactively, flagging risks to timelines or dependencies early to the Team Lead
- βFollow the teamβs QA framework, checklists, and naming conventions to maintain high operational accuracy
- βValidate the availability and correctness of key data points required for your campaigns
- βFollow all operational workflows consistently, contributing feedback to help refine them over time
- βWork closely with CRM Strategists to clarify requirements, feasibility, and edge cases for each campaign
Requirements
- βHands-on experience executing CRM or marketing automation campaigns across tools such as Bloomreach, Retool, or similar platforms
- βStrong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured QA processes, naming conventions, and compliance standards
- βA methodical and process-oriented mindset, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to operational workflows
- βSolid understanding of CRM data fundamentals, including segments, attributes, event triggers, and reward logic
- βExperience working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple tasks and deadlines while proactively flagging risks or blockers
- βExcellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with CRM Strategists, Martech, BI, and other cross-functional teams
- βProblem-solving ability, especially when investigating data issues, identifying process gaps, or proposing improvements
- βOwnership and accountability, maintaining accurate records and contributing to operational KPIs
- βA continuous improvement mindset, eager to streamline workflows, suggest automation opportunities, and participate in knowledge-sharing
