About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Manager Apprentice to join our Seller Quality team at Back Market. This role involves working to enforce quality standards for our refurbished devices marketplace, helping to improve quality metrics and processes, and supporting sellers to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Run quality processes to monitor and enforce our quality standards
- →Design tools and processes to support sellers in improving their quality
- →Identify and launch actions for account managers to improve seller quality
- →Build resources to support the deployment of these actions to account managers
Requirements
- ✓Looking for a 12-month apprenticeship (Master’s Degree)
- ✓Data-driven with ability to run analysis and build business insights from data using Excel/Gsheet
- ✓Professional English language capability
- ✓Understanding of Embedded systems, Consumer Electronics, and Circular Economy
- ✓Strong Project Management skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Organized, structured, detail-oriented, and have a can-do attitude
- ✓Must be enrolled in a French student program providing an apprenticeship contract and authorized to study/work in France
