About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join Base's Member Experience team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer support while helping to transform the electricity grid through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Engage with members across phone, email, text, and other communication channels
- →Troubleshoot and resolve member issues related to Base Power's products
- →Utilize tools to track, manage, and prioritize member interactions
- →Partner with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to improve processes
- →Act as the voice of the customer to shape future products and services
- →Create and maintain detailed documentation and knowledge resources
- →Support new members during onboarding to ensure proper product utilization
Requirements
- ✓1-5 years of experience in customer service or related field
- ✓Empathetic communication style with excellent interpersonal skills
