About the Role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Bilingual Associate to join their Union City, NJ office. This role involves providing administrative support to field employees and ensuring efficient onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
- βProvide essential services and administrative support to future and current field employees
- βEnsure all field employee onboarding, compliance, and personnel file processes are completed efficiently and accurately
- βManage high-volume administrative and reporting workflows related to employee onboarding, retention, and experience
- βServe as a welcoming, service-oriented resource for field employees by triaging needs and resolving inquiries
- βLead and support employee recognition, engagement, and retention initiatives
- βSupport hiring and onboarding activities, including orientations, interviews, recruiting events, and post-hire processes
- βMaintain office supply inventory and ensure required labor law postings are current
- βPartner with office leadership to meet or exceed performance standards and support overall office operations
Requirements
- βHigh school diploma required
- βStrong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- βAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- βStrong attention to detail and organizational skills
- βBasic PC and computer proficiency required (EMR and HR systems experience a plus)
- βAbility to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
- βDemonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility
- βAbility to read, write and effectively communicate in English & Spanish is required.
