About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for attracting qualified prospects and guiding candidates through the hiring process to onboarding for Registered Behavioral Technicians and Direct Support Professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way
- →Develop working knowledge of BAYADA’s mission, services, and policies
- →Post jobs in collaboration with service offices based on talent supply/demand needs
- →Maintain relationships with service offices as an embedded talent acquisition partner
- →Track metrics on the efficiency of the centralized recruiting pipeline
- →Make offer decisions and extend conditional offer letters to qualified candidates
- →Maintain ‘top of the funnel’ by conducting outreach and sourcing
- →Lead sales and marketing efforts of the overall BAYADA brand
- →Conduct interviews according to policy for Hawaii Behavioral Health and Habilitation clients
Requirements
- ✓Four-year college degree
- ✓Minimum of two years of experience in home care and/or recruiting
- ✓Ability to conduct interviews across diverse geographies and job families
- ✓Ability to interpret and manage supply/demand of variable candidate flow
- ✓High degree of professionalism and attention to detail
- ✓Strong time management skills and ability to recruit effectively in high-volume environments
- ✓Competence in basic PC skills
- ✓Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
