About the Role

Bazaarvoice is seeking a QA Engineer to join our Business Applications team in Bengaluru. This role will be responsible for quality assurance and testing strategy of our global enterprise ecosystem, supporting key applications like Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workato.

Key Responsibilities

→Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies for complex business application integrations
→Lead testing efforts for cross-functional processes within applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workato
→Architect and maintain automated test suites to reduce manual effort and improve regression coverage
→Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines with DevOps and Development teams
→Validate business logic and workflows related to Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Support, and Services
→Identify potential bottlenecks and quality risks in the early stages of development
→Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and knowledge resources
→Provide expert support to end-users and conduct training sessions

Requirements

✓6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 4+ years supporting enterprise SaaS applications
✓Salesforce and NetSuite experience is a must
✓Industry knowledge in software technology for e-commerce retailers and brands
✓Proficiency in testing Salesforce (including CPQ, Certinia, Sales and Service Cloud), NetSuite, and Workato integrations
✓Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, Copado or specialized SaaS testing tools
✓Strong mastery of Agile and Scrum frameworks
✓Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java
✓Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and CI/CD tools
