The RoleÂ
This is an executive leadership role responsible for the company's global growth strategy. Your mission is to grow Beaver's sales from $50m to $250m over the next 10+ years. You will own the entire commercial front-end of the business, including Capital Sales, Aftermarket Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations, and Product Management. You will be responsible for building it into a high-performance revenue machine. Â
