Key Responsibilities
- →Execute direct head-hunting and market mapping to access specialized talent
- →Drive the daily flow of candidates through a modern ATS with 100% data accuracy
- →Conduct phone screens and structured interviews to identify A-Players
- →Own the candidate journey from first touchpoint to the first day
- →Provide high-level coordination and data support for leadership searches
Requirements
- ✓Established recruiter with deep track record in end-to-end hiring
- ✓Experience across diverse functions including Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Finance
- ✓Expertise in search and creative market mapping to find passive talent
- ✓Ability to quickly grasp technical complexity across multiple roles
- ✓Honest, direct communication style
