About the Role

We are looking for a Platform Product Analyst (PLG & Mixpanel Expert) to join our team at Gcore. This role focuses on analyzing user journeys in Mixpanel to optimize the self-service funnel and increase activation and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

→Analyze the registration → activation → payment flow to identify friction points and propose A/B tests
→Analyze usage patterns to identify high-potential customers and signal the Sales team
→Own the event tracking plan and specify which events and properties to track
→Create clear, actionable dashboards in Mixpanel for Product Managers and Execs
→Help Product Managers formulate and measure experiments

Requirements

✓3+ years in Product Analytics, preferably in a SaaS / PLG company
✓Mastery of Mixpanel (or Amplitude/Heap), including implementation from the ground up
✓Active user of AI tools for data analysis and automation
✓Basic technical literacy, including reading JSON event payloads and understanding SQL logic
✓Professional proficiency in English (C1/C2)
