About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our mission-driven team at Bellese Technologies. This role involves contributing to innovative technology solutions in civic healthcare, specifically working on the QMARS program that supports the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The position requires a strong technical background and a passion for improving healthcare quality.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contribute meaningfully to the success of projects or products
- →Demonstrate proficiency in key technologies relevant to team goals
- →Scope, estimate, design, and deliver medium-to-large features
- →Reduce technical debt across projects or products
- →Support and collaborate with team members
- →Adhere to established team processes

- →Develop comprehensive test plans and documentation
- →Utilize bug-tracking tools to document and track defects
- →Establish and enforce quality standards and best practices
- →Automate testing processes to support continuous integration
- →Ensure testing procedures comply with industry standards
- →Implement and conduct performance and security testing
Requirements
- ✓BA/BS Degree or 4 years additional experience
- ✓10 years of experience as a Software Engineer
- ✓Proficiency in Constellation (UI architecture, flows, data pages, case types)
- ✓Experience with React (components, state management)
- ✓REST API integration skills
- ✓AWS/EKS exposure
- ✓Containerization using Docker
- ✓Cloud Architecture fundamentals & DevOps workflows
