About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join Clutch, Canada's largest online used car retailer. This role focuses on building and improving the company's DevOps practices as they scale.
Key Responsibilities
- →Improve CI/CD pipeline and redesign sandbox deployment strategy
- →Develop infrastructure as code using Terraform across multiple AWS accounts
- →Automate manual processes through scripting to reduce engineering friction
- →Build tooling and automation for isolated environment setup
- →Refine observability, logging, monitoring and alerting systems
- →Implement and maintain secrets management, encryption, and access controls
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 5 years of experience in a devops or platform engineering role
- ✓Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles and Terraform
- ✓Strong experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
- ✓Experience with process improvement through automation using Bash, JavaScript or Python
- ✓Experience deploying and maintaining a reliable CI/CD pipeline
- ✓Experience managing cloud spend and identifying efficiency improvements
- ✓Strong collaboration and written communication skills
