About the Role

Benchling is seeking an Implementation Manager to join their Professional Services team. This role involves working with customers from biotech startups to large BioPharmas to implement the Benchling R&D Cloud platform, transforming how research teams collaborate.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage initial rollouts for new Benchling customers and expansion projects
→Own implementation success from project kickoff to go-live
→Build and execute detailed project plans ensuring on time, on budget deployments
→Understand customers' scientific workflows and determine how Benchling can meet their business needs
→Lead requirements and design workshops, perform data modeling, and guide user acceptance testing
→Act as a trusted advisor for customers, ensuring they leverage Benchling Best Practices
→Identify opportunities for account expansion post go-live

Requirements

✓MS or Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field
✓At least 2 years of experience in a lab or R&D setting
✓Software Implementation experience, preferably with a SaaS company
✓Strong communication skills to connect with scientists, IT leads, and executives
✓Self-starter with experience in a startup environment
✓Fluent or native proficiency in French
✓Experience using Benchling is preferred but not required
