About the Role
We are looking for a Partner Support Engineer to join our team at Bestow. This role involves working with engineering teams to identify, analyze, and fix bugs, ensuring optimal integration with partners' systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work jointly with external and internal engineers, product managers, customer experience, and account managers to provide bug fixes and solutions.
- →Coordinate bug fixes and enhancements with internal Product Managers while guiding engineering teams on partner limitations.
- →Maintain and build internal and customer-facing documentation, including how-to and knowledge base articles.
- →Monitor FTK services regularly to ensure product usability for partners and their customers.
Requirements
- ✓General knowledge of programming languages (Python, Go, TypeScript, etc.)
- ✓2+ years of full-stack professional software development experience (preferably Python, Go, or TypeScript)
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to explain complex technical issues to various audiences.
- ✓Strong understanding of the SDLC life cycle
- ✓2+ years experience using, querying, and debugging APIs, SQL, etc.
- ✓Experience using a formal ticketing system such as Jira, Salesforce, ZenDesk, etc.
- ✓Atlassian suite experience (Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Slack) is preferred.
- ✓Experience working on APIs and/or event-driven systems is a strong plus.
