About the Role
We are looking for an entry level IT Support Technician to join our helpdesk team. This role involves being the frontline for IT support, helping setup workspaces, resolving technology issues efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- →Install and maintain computer hardware across multiple locations
- →Ensure workspaces are stocked with IT consumables and well organized
- →Utilize an electronic ticketing system for tracking and escalating requests
- →Provide end-user support in a timely and professional manner
- →Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques
- →Participate in team meetings and corporate activities
Requirements
- ✓Basic proficiency in troubleshooting across Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems
- ✓Foundational experience in computer and peripheral hardware installation, repair, and maintenance
