About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our team at BEUMER. This role will serve as the central hub for engineering client customer support, turning technical issues into solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- βEnsure professional and friendly communication via phone, email, and chat with customers and partners
- βProvide information about products/services and resolve routine and complex inquiries, technical issues, and complaints
- βReceive, verify, and process orders, changes, and requests into the internal system
- βManage and update data within the CRM and other internal company tools
- βWork closely with Engineering, Sales, Project Management, and Logistics departments to ensure fast and efficient resolution of customer cases
- βGather customer feedback and pass relevant information to colleagues to support continuous improvement of products and services
