About the Role
We are seeking an organized Intern, Project Management Coordinator to support the Project Management team for our Products division. This 6-month internship requires strong administrative skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide administrative support to the Project Management team
- →Assist with tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- →Help prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting notes and status updates
- →Support scheduling and coordination of team meetings and stakeholder sessions
- →Maintain organized digital and physical project files
- →Assist with data entry and updating project management tools
- →Support preparation of basic reports and presentations
- →Coordinate communication with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- →Perform general office support tasks as needed
