About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Software Developer to join our product team focused on Airport Automation. This role involves leading complex projects, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and acting as a technical sparring partner for both internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze, guide, and set direction for overall technical choices within projects
- →Ensure the sustainability and high quality of our solutions while aligning with the organization's technical direction
- →Act as a mentor for team members, focusing on their professional development and growth
- →Conduct training courses in technical disciplines to enhance the team's skills
- →Collaborate closely with Software Architects to design solutions that fulfill user and customer needs
- →Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of software implementation
- →Lead the implementation of entire new functionalities independently or by leading a group of Software Developers
- →Provide clear technical direction to top management and contribute to the product vision
Requirements
- ✓A degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- ✓Strong knowledge of micro-service architecture, containerization, and Docker
- ✓Solid experience in JAVA
- ✓Advanced certifications in software development or related technologies are a strong advantage
- ✓Several years of professional software development experience, with a proven record of leading successful projects
- ✓Deep proficiency in Agile development methodologies
