About the Role
We are seeking a Pricing Analyst to support the Customer Support organization by developing and maintaining pricing structures for spare parts, service offerings, and aftermarket solutions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring competitive, profitable, and consistent pricing across customers while supporting operational efficiency in an intralogistics automation environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop, maintain, and analyze pricing models for spare parts, retrofit kits, service agreements, and other aftermarket offerings.
- →Manage spare parts and service pricing lists.
- →Monitor margins, discounts, and cost drivers to ensure pricing aligns with profitability targets.
- →Conduct price variance, margin, and profitability analysis by customer, region, and product line.
- →Partner closely with Parts Logistics, Customer Support, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate and timely pricing.
- →Maintain pricing data within ERP and related systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- →Develop dashboards and reports to track pricing performance, KPIs, and trends.
- →Analyze supplier cost changes, freight, inventory carrying costs, and other inputs impacting aftermarket pricing.
Requirements
- ✓Strong analytical skills with an understanding of supply chain, parts logistics, and customer support operations.
- ✓Experience with ERP systems and data analysis.
- ✓Ability to develop pricing models and conduct profitability analysis.
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- ✓Experience in a technical or industrial setting.
