Key Responsibilities: • Develop Design, and Optimize Power BI Solutions • Build, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets, and semantic models. Ensure scalable and performant solutions that adhere to development and visualization best practices • Integrate with Microsoft Fabric Data Architecture • Partner with Data Engineer to design and implement optimized data models sourced from the Microsoft Fabric Data Lakehouse for analytical consumption • Ensure Data Quality and Validation • Implement rigorous data validation, QA processes, and reconciliation methods to guarantee data integrity, accuracy, and end-user confidence • Advance Self-Service BI Enablement • Develop certified reusable datasets, create report templates, and contribute to self-service initiatives • Monitor, Analyze, and Improve BI Asset Performance • Continuously tune datasets and reports for optimal refresh speeds, rendering times, and use adoption Qualifications: • 3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence development, preferably in Microsoft-centric environments • Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Dataflows, composite models) • Experience working with Data Lakes, Lakehouses, or Azure Synapse solutions • Strong SQL skills with experience in data modeling and optimization • Solid understanding of dimensional modeling, ETL pipelines, and data warehousing principles • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric architecture (OneLake, Direct Lake mode) and data integration frameworks • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and commitment to data accuracy • Excellent communication skills • Familiarity with Tabular Editor, Azure Data Factory, or DevOps practices for BI development • Knowledge of Power BI administration (Gateways, Workspaces, Deployment Pipelines) • Exposure to AI driven analytics tools, especially Power BI Copilot • Experience with usage analytics, adoption tracking, and performance tuning
