About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team at Bia Energy. This role focuses on generating qualified commercial opportunities through LinkedIn by combining intelligent automation, data analysis, and human judgment. You will be responsible for ensuring prospecting is not just about volume but also relevance, consistency, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and execute prospecting strategies through LinkedIn
- →Build prospect lists aligned with defined ICPs
- →Prospect systematically using HubSpot as the central tool
- →Configure and operate automation flows with human judgment (personalized and relevant messages)
- →Meet daily goals for message sending, connections, and follow-ups
- →Qualify generated leads and register them correctly in HubSpot
- →Manage follow-up until effective meetings are achieved
- →Ensure proper transfer of opportunities to the commercial team
- →Analyze prospecting metrics (response, conversion, meetings)
- →Propose improvements in messages, sequences, and segmentations
Requirements
- ✓Graduate professional with 2–3 years of experience in outbound prospecting, business development, or lead generation
- ✓Experience using LinkedIn as the main prospecting channel
- ✓Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot), including contact management, message sequence execution, and lead tracking
- ✓Ability to provide consistent follow-up until meeting closure
- ✓Organized, results-oriented profile with excellent written communication and commercial judgment
- ✓Analytical mindset and genuine desire for continuous improvement
