About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team at Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem. This role focuses on analyzing affiliate and referral program data to drive strategic decisions and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with marketing and affiliate teams to collect, process, and analyze referral and affiliate program data
- →Analyze large volumes of marketing and transactional data using advanced data tools and platforms
- →Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to recommend strategic improvements and optimizations
- →Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to communicate affiliate program performance
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and evaluate experiments for improving affiliate marketing strategies
- →Translate complex data findings into clear reports and presentations for operational teams and senior management
- →Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing analytics
- →Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where timely insights are critical
Requirements
- ✓Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences
- ✓5-7 years of full-time work experience in an Analytics or Data Science role
- ✓Experience in business consulting settings is preferred
- ✓A self-driven team player with ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and techniques
- ✓Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
- ✓Competency in two or more of the following: analytical software (e.g., R, SAS), data visualization tool (e.g., Qlikview, Tableau, PowerBI), relational or graph database management tool (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Neo4J), programming (e.g., VBA, C++, Java, Python)
