About the Role
We are looking for a Backend Developer to join the Saily team, working on secure mobile data solutions for travelers. This role involves developing and maintaining product features while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Enhance the Saily product by developing and maintaining new features
- →Create features to support multi-dimensional personalization, A/B experimentation, and analytics
- →Develop and maintain a high-quality codebase
- →Constantly seek to improve code and performance
- →Mentor colleagues on development best practices and provide technical guidance
- →Exercise influence on the overall vision and long-range goals of your team
- →Perform R&D operations when required
- →Work as part of a cross-functional team and ensure smooth communication between all team members
- →Collaborate with engineering, product, and design professionals from other teams
Requirements
- ✓Over 4 years of experience in backend development
- ✓Background in Python, PHP, or Ruby languages preferred
- ✓Strong system design knowledge with understanding of patterns
- ✓Previous experience with Kubernetes and microservice architecture is a plus
- ✓Previous experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Cassandra, Redis) solutions
- ✓Previous experience with Kafka
- ✓Passionate about building easy-to-use and simple-to-understand APIs
- ✓Collaborative mindset with willingness to discuss, rethink, and redesign ideas
