About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team at Gulf Binance. This role focuses on strategic analysis and business advisory to support decision-making and project evaluation in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

→Conduct strategic analysis and provide advisory support to guide business decisions
→Develop and support evaluation frameworks for assessing potential initiatives and projects
→Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across departments to drive alignment and execution
→Monitor and analyze market trends, delivering insights and reports to senior management
→Work flexible hours as needed, adapting to varying schedules and deadlines

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
✓Proven experience in strategic analysis, business advisory, or related roles
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
✓Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✓Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
✓Flexibility to work outside regular hours when required
✓Prior experience in the fintech or blockchain industry is a plus
