About the Role

We are looking for a Payment Operations Manager to join our global blockchain ecosystem. This role focuses on designing and developing fiat wallet propositions and payment services, driving growth through market analysis, and leading a team of payment operations professionals.

Key Responsibilities

→Design and develop fiat wallet proposition and payments service with everyday payments use cases
→Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
→Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new payment products and features
→Drive retail, HNWI, and corporate/institution volumes via the fiat wallet
→Manage relationships with banks, credit institutions, and payment service providers
→Establish key performance indicators to monitor and improve payment operations
→Enhance payment operations efficiency, scalability, and reliability
→Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
→Lead and motivate a team of payment operations professionals
→Collaborate with product, tech, business, marketing, communications, and finance teams

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
✓5+ years of payment management experience in fintech or cryptocurrency industry
✓Strong understanding of payments, fiat, PSPS, analytics, market research, and GTM strategies
✓Demonstrated leadership skills with experience leading high-performing teams
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven insights
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
✓Results-oriented approach with focus on measurable outcomes
✓Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
✓Passion for blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies
✓Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese
