About the Role

We are looking for a Backend QA Engineer to join the Binance Pay & Card team, which is revolutionizing global digital payments and financial technology. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality products through comprehensive testing and automation.

Key Responsibilities

→Work closely with team members to develop, test, and deliver high-quality products
→Create detailed test plans and test cases
→Prevent, collect, analyze, and track product defects
→Design, develop, and execute automation scripts
→Conduct manual investigation and reproduction of backend software issues
→Perform root cause analysis of test script failures
→Identify test script deficiencies and candidates for additional coverage
→Test unreleased features including defining requirements and impact
→Document and design candidate test scenarios

Requirements

✓4+ years of backend QA engineering experience with frontend and backend auto testing
✓Prior knowledge in payment/funding related domain is advantageous
✓Full cycle testing from designing manual tests to developing scripts and execution
✓Scripting ability using Java or Python
✓Experience testing backend services such as APIs and databases
✓Experience in functional and integration testing for web and mobile applications
✓Solid hands-on experience in test automation framework design and development
✓Proficient in conducting root cause analysis to address software quality issues
✓Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a user-focused mindset
