About the Role
We are looking for a Corporate Development Manager to join our team at Binance. This role focuses on sourcing and evaluating blockchain and cryptocurrency projects for listing on our platforms, building relationships with the crypto community, and driving internal approval processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop strong relationships with project communities, crypto founders, and top VCs
- →Proactively source and identify new blockchain and cryptocurrency projects for listing
- →Ensure a strong and continuous pipeline of solid projects for listing
- →Provide input on due diligence process to evaluate opportunities via team strength, competitive analysis, and tokenomics
- →Drive internal approval processes and present listing rationale to senior leaders
- →Collaborate across teams for coordinated deal sourcing and terms negotiation
- →Attend relevant global events and represent Binance
Requirements
- ✓In-depth understanding and relevant experience in cryptocurrency and blockchain industry
- ✓Demonstrable passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain
- ✓8-10 years of relevant asset listing experience in crypto business, venture capital, or exchanges
- ✓Strong written and analytical skills for deal analysis and internal reporting
- ✓Strong interpersonal skills for regular meetings with entrepreneurs and startup community
- ✓Ability to work well within a team and be self-guided on a day-to-day basis
