We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem behind the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange. This role focuses on driving strategic technology initiatives and leading Agile delivery across various teams.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- ✓6–10 years in technical project/program management or engineering roles
- ✓Strong technical foundation with hands-on understanding of software development
- ✓Experience in fast-moving tech, fintech, AI, or crypto environments preferred
- ✓Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution bias
- ✓Comfortable working with senior leadership and operating under pressure
- ✓Curious, adaptive, and passionate about emerging technologies and continuous learning
- ✓Agile execution and delivery leadership
- ✓Understanding of AI adoption and modern technology stacks
- ✓Strong stakeholder communication and expectation management
