About the Role
Bitpanda is looking for a Quality Engineer to join their team and ensure the stability, performance, and security of their products. You will work with Software Engineers to test cutting-edge financial services used by millions across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and execute comprehensive test plans for mobile and web, performing manual, regression, and exploratory cycles to ensure flawless releases.
- →Partner with Product Owners and Designers to review requirements early, ensuring every new feature is both feasible and testable.
- →Proactively identify and track bugs via Jira, working alongside developers to drive issues through to resolution.
- →Leverage tools like Postman, Android Studio, and Xcode to validate complex financial services and maintain rigorous test documentation.
- →Work embedded within agile squads to guide engineers in owning quality, improving test coverage, and shifting testing "left" in the sprint cycle.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in mobile and web testing and passionate about product quality.
- ✓Experience with QA tools (e.g., Postman, JIRA-XRay, Android Studio and Xcode) is a must.
- ✓Detail-oriented, with a structured mindset and a desire to learn how complex systems work.
- ✓Motivated to work in a fast-paced, agile environment as part of a multicultural team.
