About the Role
Bitpanda is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join their team. This role involves planning, implementing, and optimising performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, increase conversions, and maximise ROI across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan, execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns across platforms including Google, Apple Search Ads, Meta & Reddit to drive qualified traffic and meet performance goals.
- →Monitor campaign performance, interpret data, and identify trends to improve effectiveness.
- →Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimise campaigns.
- →Identify areas of improvement in keyword research, bid management, ad copy optimisation, and landing page optimisation.
- →Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- ✓1-2 years of performance media experience managing large scale campaigns across search and social.
- ✓Strong knowledge of paid platforms and tracking tools (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, Google Analytics, Adjust experience is a plus).
- ✓Performance-oriented, able to understand, analyse, report, and optimise on ROAS. Strong aptitude for numerical detail and advanced Excel skills.
- ✓Strong communication skills, ability to connect with variety of stakeholders and partners.
- ✓Great attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
