About the Role
BJAK is Southeast Asia’s largest insurance portal, helping millions of users compare and secure insurance products through our platform. We are seeking an Assistant Creative Director to support creative leadership, drive campaign ideas, and ensure high-quality creative execution across brand and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the development of creative strategies aligned with BJAK’s brand and business objectives.
- →Translate brand positioning into strong creative concepts and storytelling.
- →Lead day-to-day creative execution across campaigns, content, and brand initiatives.
- →Ensure creative outputs meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and timelines.
- →Collaborate with marketing, product, growth, and sales teams to align creative work with business goals.
- →Guide and mentor junior creative team members to elevate output quality.
- →Maintain and protect BJAK’s brand identity, tone, and visual language across all materials.
- →Review campaign and creative performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- ✓4–6 years of experience in creative roles (agency or in-house).
- ✓Experience working on brand and integrated marketing campaigns.
- ✓Strong in concepting while staying hands-on with execution.
- ✓Ability to collaborate well across teams and communicate ideas clearly.
- ✓Comfortable giving direction and feedback to creative team members.
- ✓Familiarity with digital platforms, social media, and performance-driven content.
- ✓Thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
