About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Content Lead to join Bjak, the largest insurance portal in Southeast Asia. This role will shape Bjak’s brand voice and drive content that influences millions across ASEAN.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and lead Bjak’s end-to-end content strategy across all digital channels.
- →Define storytelling frameworks, brand narratives, and content pillars aligned with business goals.
- →Oversee the planning, creation, and execution of high-quality content including social posts, articles, videos, and campaign assets.
- →Lead the content engine for marketing campaigns, ensuring storytelling aligns with campaign objectives.
- →Oversee content direction for online and offline community initiatives.
- →Work with influencers, creators, and brand advocates to expand content reach.
- →Track content performance metrics and community insights to inform strategy.
Requirements
- ✓3–5 years of experience in content strategy, creative direction, or digital marketing.
- ✓Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to craft compelling narratives across formats.
- ✓Deep understanding of social media, content distribution, and digital storytelling.
- ✓Experience managing content creators, freelancers, or cross-functional teams.
- ✓Familiarity with community platforms and analytics tools.
- ✓Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking.
- ✓Proven track record of delivering high-impact content with measurable results.
- ✓Highly proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
