About the Role
We are looking for a Growth & Partnership Manager – UK to act as BJAK’s on-the-ground leader for insurance partnerships and distribution. This role is responsible for building strategic insurer relationships and executing commercial strategies that drive measurable revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify, prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close strategic insurer and ecosystem partnerships within aggressive timelines.
- →Build, own, and manage a robust pipeline of insurer and strategic partners in the UK market.
- →Lead commercial negotiations with strong judgment on pricing, underwriting alignment, and partnership economics.
- →Own monthly revenue, policy, and activation targets.
- →Act as a strategic advisor to the Country Manager on UK market dynamics and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- ✓Permanent residency in the UK and deep understanding of local insurance market dynamics and regulations.
- ✓Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance and/or fintech, with strong commercial and negotiation capability.
- ✓Proven understanding of insurer economics, underwriting considerations, and partnership structures.
- ✓Established network within the UK insurance ecosystem.
- ✓Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
