About the Role
We are looking for a strategic HR Business Partner to join BJAK, the largest insurance platform in Southeast Asia. This role requires serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping shape organizational design and talent systems across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders on organization design and workforce strategy
- →Translate business strategy into scalable people plans across hiring and succession
- →Lead complex people situations including employee relations matters and performance interventions
- →Drive workforce planning and people metrics in partnership with Finance
- →Lead talent reviews and leadership development initiatives across regions
- →Use people analytics to surface insights on engagement and organizational health
- →Support critical employee lifecycle moments for senior leaders
Requirements
- ✓Deep experience as an HRBP or senior people advisor in high-growth environments
- ✓Strong business judgment connecting people decisions to commercial outcomes
- ✓Proven ability to influence and challenge senior leaders constructively
- ✓Experience handling sensitive employee relations and organizational change
- ✓Comfort operating across geographies and evolving business models
