About the Role
We are looking for a creative Content Creator to join our team and help craft engaging UGC-style content for social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create UGC-style content for TikTok, Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
- →Be the face and voice in videos — natural, expressive, and relatable
- →Pitch fun ideas and bring them to life using your phone
- →Jump on viral trends and give them a BJAK twist
- →Collaborate with our Marketing team to grow our social presence
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Digital Media, or related field
- ✓1–3 years’ experience in social media content creation or a similar creative role
- ✓Proven track record of high-performing short-form content (TikTok, IG, YouTube)
- ✓Hands-on experience in short-form video production, from concept to editing
- ✓Strong grasp of social media algorithms, trends, and audience behavior
- ✓Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Creative storytelling skills with an eye for visuals and tone consistency
