Blanc Labs is seeking a UI/UX Designer to create amazing user experiences for innovative digital solutions. This role involves working closely with developers and stakeholders to bring offerings to life from discovery to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• →Design and deliver end-to-end user experience solutions for multiple products and platforms
• →Develop conceptual models, personas, workflows, design prototypes, and user interface specifications
• →Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions
• →Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• →Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• →Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
• →Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to stakeholders
• →Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
• →Contribute to external thought leadership efforts
• →Maintain high utilization and report activities into resource management systems
